Ride In Baltics Tour 1st Stop!

Yeah! With this we announce, that all riders from Baltic States are warmly welcome to Ride In Baltics Tour Opening 3 Star Slope Style event in Žagarkalns, Cēsis, Latvia on 14.01.2012! This event will be first from minimum 6 planed high quality events around the Baltic states. Come along and experience really cool event, battle for winning it or simply ride for fun and battle between friends, as after event you will be able to see yourself on Baltics freestyle ranking. Thanks to our partners Monster Energy and Oakley we will make this winter as a start for something legendary in Baltic freestyle scene! More info soon!

Overview
Ride In Baltics Tour is a project, that focuss on high quality snowboard and freeski events organization and it’s appearing in medias. Different kind, discipline and size events will happen during Baltic season 2012. All information about tour, it’s stops and partners – www.rideinbaltics.eu

Stars
Ride In Baltics Tour Stars is a scale, that makes park preperation understandable for riders and give the competitors clear vision about the event quality they are going to. Stars explains event raiting, quality and it’s prestige. To get certain amount of the stars, event organizers have to fulfil certain quality criterias for organization and for park preperation. If you think, that you event could join RIB Tour, let us know!

Prizes
In three star events there are cash prizes for most of age groups, goodies, RIB cups and ranking points. For 2 and 1star event there are goodies normally from tour partners.

Ranking
Depending of the stars event have, proportionally more ranking points riders will earn. There are 1, 2 and 3 stars events. In 1star event first place in each group will earn 100 points, in 2star events – 200 points and in most prestige, 3star events – 300 points. All others proportionally less. Ranking will be updated every Monday after weekend event.

Champion
No matter how many and what discipline (SS, RJ, BA) there will be, three (maximums four – number will be announced before first stop) best results from season counts in to fight for the Title – „Ride In Baltics Tour Champion”
